- added mpc config

- removed language from waybar
- corrected cycle_pactl.sh to ignoe headphone and hdmi outputs
- enabled icons in fuzzel
- enforcing suspend when closing the lid with no external monitor turned on
- corrected windowrules for jetbrain tools
